We offer a range of services, including but not limited to astrological content, reports, tarot card readings, face readings, palmistry, life coaching, counseling, numerology, predictions, live telephone consultations, email consultations, and products available for purchase through our shopping platform, such as gemstones and rudraksh. However, AstroTech does not guarantee the reliability of any consultation provided to a User or Registered Member.

Our services are divided into Free Services and Paid Services. The nature of each service and any associated fees are clearly displayed on our website. Free Services are accessible to all visitors, while Paid Services require registration as a "Registered Member." Registered Members using Paid Services must provide accurate information and update it as necessary to ensure optimal service delivery.

AstroTech's Services are exclusively available to individuals who are legally capable of entering into contracts under the Indian Contract Act 1872. The following individuals are ineligible to access AstroTech's Services:

• Minors, defined as individuals under the age of eighteen, unless acting through a legal guardian or permitted by applicable law.
• Users who have been temporarily or permanently suspended by AstroTech.
• Individuals prohibited by law from accessing such services.

Every User agrees to allow us to review the information they provide in order to ensure the delivery and maintenance of our Services to the best of our ability, as well as for addressing grievances if necessary. Users also consent to receiving communication from AstroTech, including newsletters, information updates, notifications, and promotional messages via SMS, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.

To access our Paid Services, you must create an account to become a Registered Member. During registration, you may be asked to provide current and updated personal information, including your phone number, email, date of birth, and other details as prompted on the website.

As part of the registration process, you will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on the phone number you provided.

Alternatively, you can create an account using your Gmail login information. Each user is allowed only one valid account registered with a single phone number.

AstroTech does not independently verify the accuracy of the information provided by Users or Registered Members and assumes no liability for any inaccuracies in the data provided. Additionally, AstroTech reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a Registered Member's account or restrict their access to certain Services or the website if the information provided is found to be inaccurate, or if the Registered Member engages in making defamatory statements about AstroTech, its employees, officers, agents, affiliates, or the Services provided through the website. No prior notice will be given in such cases.

AstroTech's Services include consultations with Astrologers who have partnered with us to provide guidance to users through electronic mediums such as phone calls, video calls, and texts. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to us arranging a consultation with Astrologers if you opt for a Service that requires telephonic consultation.

Our Astrologers are prohibited from sharing personal details like contact number, email, social media username, or address with users. They are also prohibited from engaging in or suggesting activities such as black magic or vashikaran, or recommending any rituals involving these practices.

Users are required to promptly report any violations or attempted violations of these Terms by an Astrologer to AstroTech. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension of the user's account or restrictions on website access.

AstroTech's privacy policy outlines how we collect, store, share, and process data and information from Registered Members through various channels. Our privacy policy is our commitment to protecting your privacy and confidentiality, including information collected through Google login. By accessing this website, you agree that all information collected by us, including registration and payment details, is subject to AstroTech's Privacy Policy, available at www.myastrotech.com.

In the event of a breach of any part of these Terms by a User or Registered Member, AstroTech reserves the right to immediately block the Registered Member's account or restrict the User's access to the Website. This right to terminate and restrict may be exercised by AstroTech under the following circumstances:

• If the Website is unable to verify the accuracy of the information provided by a Registered Member or User, or if such information is found to be false or misleading.
• If, in our opinion, the actions of a Registered Member or User may result in legal liability for the Website or any affiliated third party.
• If the actions of a Registered Member or User interfere with our Services or violate our privacy policy.

A Registered Member may deactivate their account at any time by contacting us at support@myastrotech.com.

Upon termination, AstroTech reserves the right to retain your information for a period of 12 months for record-keeping purposes. After this period, the collected information will be automatically deleted.

By using the Website, you agree to do so solely for lawful purposes and not in violation of these Terms. You are solely responsible for all your activities on the Website. Additionally, as per Section 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, please note that you must not:

• Share or use any information that belongs to another person without authorization.
• Post defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, or racially objectionable content, or content encouraging illegal activities.
• Share harmful content involving children or infringing on patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights.
• Deceive or impersonate others, threaten public order, or spread false information.
• Share viruses or other harmful computer code.
• Publish false information for financial gain or to harm others.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Gather screen names or email addresses for spamming or advertising.
• Send unsolicited emails, spam, or advertisements.
• Disrupt access to the Website.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Resell or commercially use the Services without express written consent.
• Violate these Terms or any additional terms applicable to the Website.

AstroTech does not provide warranties for its services, as each consultation depends on the individual knowledge, skills, and methods of the Astrologer. While all recommendations are made in good faith, any discrepancies do not make AstroTech or its affiliates legally liable.

AstroTech is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account or any resulting damages or losses. Although we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee its correctness or completeness.

Please note that AstroTech is not a helpline platform for suicide prevention. If you have suicidal thoughts, please seek help from relevant authorities or helplines.

Users are advised not to enter into contracts with Astrologers on the Website, as AstroTech will not be liable for any consequences. Any material downloaded from the Website is at your own risk.

Astrologers and service providers on the Website are not AstroTech's employees, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of their information. AstroTech is a platform to connect Users with Astrologers, and enrollment does not imply endorsement.

AstroTech is not a medical institution and does not guarantee the accuracy of medical advice provided by Astrologers. Users are advised to seek independent medical advice.

AstroTech's liability for any action or consequence is limited to the amount paid by a Registered Member for the Services.

Payments for our Paid Services must be made using the banking details of a Registered Member. Each Registered Member using a Paid Service must ensure that:

• The debit/credit card, net banking, and UPI details provided are correct and accurate.
• They are legally authorized to use the provided banking information to deposit money in AstroTech.

A refund request for a Paid Service may be initiated if:

• A Registered Member experiences network issues during a consultation, such as weak signal or background noise.
• The Astrologer is unable to communicate clearly in the language specified in their profile.
• The Astrologer takes an extended time to respond to the Registered Member.
• A Registered Member is dissatisfied with the quality of advice or consultation provided by an Astrologer.

Requests for refunds initiated two hours after payment or in cases where incorrect information was provided will not be refunded. Additionally, refunds will not be issued if a consultation has begun or if the service has been provided through other electronic means.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days and credited to the User's original payment method.

AstroTech retains the authority to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice to Users or Registered Members. It is the responsibility of Users and Registered Members to regularly visit the Website to stay informed about any changes to these Terms.

These Terms are subject to Indian laws and any disputes arising from them shall be exclusively resolved in courts located in New Delhi, India. Alternatively, disputes may be settled through arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator, following the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and its associated rules. Arbitration proceedings will take place in New Delhi, with English as the language of arbitration and award. Parties reserve the right to seek interim relief from a New Delhi court to protect their rights during arbitration.

AstroTech strives to ensure that these Terms comply with applicable laws. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms specifically apply to information collected through the Website and do not extend to unsolicited information provided through other means or public channels. Any unsolicited information is considered non-confidential, and AstroTech may use or disclose it without limitations.

All notices to AstroTech must be in writing and can be sent via email or post. The rules regarding acceptance communication under the Indian Contract Act 1872 apply to notices received by AstroTech from Users, Registered Members, or the Website. Notices to Registered Members will be sent to the email address provided during registration. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AstroTech, its affiliates, and their respective employees, directors, officers, agents, managers, etc., from any liability, losses, claims, damages, demands, investigations, inquiries, suits, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and costs incidental thereto) arising from or in related to your use of the Website. This includes any actions you are obligated to perform under these Terms, claims arising from damage caused to third parties, breaches of these Terms or AstroTech's privacy policy, or violations of the rights of others. You also agree to indemnify AstroTech against any claims related to legal suits regarding originality, copyright issues, or violations of third-party rights, including copyright, property, or privacy rights.

Our Website may include links to third-party websites or platforms, each governed by their own terms of use beyond our control. Once users leave our Website via these links, they are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective website or platform. Users are encouraged to review these terms before engaging with them. We bear no responsibility for the terms or contents of such third-party websites or platforms. Any references or links to third-party content on our Website do not imply endorsement by us.

AstroTech is not involved in any correspondence, transactions, or activities between users and third parties, including payment and verification service providers, conducted on the Website, and assumes no responsibility for such activities.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge our exclusion of liability for any loss or damage resulting from transactions, correspondence, or activities conducted by you on third-party websites and platforms.

Please note that while our Website may contain information created by us and content provided by third parties, we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of third-party content, and users should not rely on it when using our Services.
