  • User Dissatisfaction: If the user is not satisfied with the discussion, a refund request can be submitted. Refunds in such cases will be at AstroTech's discretion.
  • Refund Request Timeline: Refund requests must be made within 2 days of the discussion or scheduled meeting. This is applicable only under the conditions outlined in Point 1 (Discussion Issues) and Point 2 (User Dissatisfaction).
  • Multiple Payments: If a user makes multiple payments for the same booking, a full refund will be processed for the extra payments without deduction of transaction charges.
  • Website-Initiated Cancellations: If AstroTech cancels an order due to service unavailability, pricing errors, or other issues, the paid amount will be refunded.

2Cancellation and Refund Policy Based on Timing

  • Cancellations Before the Scheduled Time: Users can cancel bookings directly on the platform as per the following refund conditions: Before 24 hours: Full refund. Before 8 hours: 50% refund. Before 2 hours: 30% refund. Within 2 hours: No refund.
  • User-Requested Changes to Booking Information: Users can directly edit their booking information on the platform before the scheduled discussion.

3Non-Refundable Conditions

  • User No-Show or Technical Issues: No refund will be processed if the discussion was unsuccessful due to user not attending the session or network or technical issues on the user's side.
  • Incorrect Information: Refunds will not be processed if incorrect information or data was provided by the user. However, users can update their information directly on the platform before the scheduled discussion.
  • Payment Gateway Errors: AstroTech is not liable for server-related issues with the payment gateway. Users must verify if their account has been debited before reattempting payment.
